His extensive experience includes retail roles and business development across the UK, US, and MENA regions. In 2021, Desmond founded Agathos Consultants to provide Business Management Consultancy services in the UAE, Iraq, KSA, Oman, and India. He excels in identifying revenue opportunities and optimizing business processes for improved profitability.
